Swim Lessons

This summer we put Bailey and Hayden into swim lessons with there friends Lyvi and June in the ward. & I am so glad we did! Bailey started off with lots of confidence and could swim across the pool, but she really needed help with her breathing and strokes, and by the end she was coming up with breaths of water and swimming so much faster and better rather than doing doggy paddling. Hayden started off afraid to go in the water. She has always just been content setting by mom and playing with her toys. She sure did get a rude awakening when Sharisse the teacher would just throw her into the water:) The first week Hayden would hit Sharisse and do a fake spit in her direction whenever she would try getting Hayden into the water, but by the end Hayden was swimming so good! She has so much confidence and she is taking breaths and doing the proper technique. I am so glad we did it! We have had a great summer swimming and it is all thanks to their swim teacher:)
