Our October!

We had Such a fun October! I always forget how much fun we have this month together. First Grandma Crandell had all the grand kids over for a spooky Friday! The girls absolutely loved it. They made sugar cookies, a snake pizza, potato soup, Jack-O-Lanterns, colorful pumpkins, and watched Halloween cartoons. It was a definitely a Spooky Friday!

Hayden was so tired. The night before Hayden had such a hard time falling asleep. Grandma Crandell had to finally sleep with her on the couch and she didn't go to sleep until after 12. She crashed during the Halloween movie.

Uncle Same came up with Aunt Lacie for the Halloween Party. He was teaching Tatum how to play the Wii.

We did a few other fun things for Halloween.

We made a Jack-o-lantern together for FHE. The girls wanted to make one with a Cat. They loved it. We tried playing Scary Halloween music for the girls but they were too scared. They don't like anything scary. In fact, a few weeks ago we went to a Halloween Store with Aunt Carianne and Kate and my girls were crying and asking to leave the whole time. Kate was running around checking out all the scary statues. I have some fraidy cat girls.

We decided to add a new tradition this year- Dinner in a pumpkin. YUM. The girls loved it, and it came out delicious.
