Blessed in so many ways

Having a new born baby has been wonderful but exhausting. It's funny how I always forget how hard it is to have a little one in the home. I forgot how it is to function without much sleep, forgot how hard it is to adjust to a new person in the family, but most of all I forgot how amazing it is to hold my little baby. I am not going to lie I have had some really hard days and moments, but I could not have gotten through the passed three weeks without all of the help, love, and support I have received. We have had so much love shown to our family, whether it be by a home-cooked delicious meal, a gift for baby Tatum, a friend picking up my girls so I can clean or rest, or just coming to visit us. I have felt so blessed and grateful to have so many wonderful and caring friends, and loving and compassionate family. I am truly a blessed person. I know my Heavenly Father loves and watches over me and my family. It is evident in the countless acts of kindness people have shown for us over the passed three weeks. I didn't think I could do it, but I have been able to by all the help and support we have received. Thank you so much.

Probably the biggest help and sacrifice has been the help of my sister Becky. She came this last week and helped me make it through my days. & She did everything for me: cooked, cleaned, did my laundry, took my girls to the library and splash pad, got me 10 gallons of water!, cooked breakfast, lunch, and dinner, babysat so Brennon and I could go on a date, but most of all she was here for me and listened to me and really made me feel like I could do it. Thank you Becky for being so amazing! I truly appreciate everything.

The girls getting ready to watch a movie. Aunt Becky got them popcorn and chocolate milk! Yum:)

Aunt Becky & Aunt Carianne took the girls to the splash pad so I could get some rest and take a shower. (The day before Bailey told Brennon that she wished that I did my hair so it wouldn't look so crazy. So I thought I should look good for her)

Becky took the girls to the library and stayed for story time:)

Me with Tatum at the library.

Brennon took the girls up to Snowflake this weekend so I could get better. I wasn't getting much sleep so me and Tatum came down with a head cold. We needed sleep and the girls really needed to get out of the valley, so he took them up North to see Grandma & Grandpa Adams. We are so happy to have Tatum in our home we love her so much. We can't express how grateful we are for everything everyone has done for us.

Brennon's mom sent us this quote. I love it and read it every day.
"It isn't as bad as you sometimes think it is. It all work out. Don't worry. I say that to myself every morning. It all works out in the end. Put your trust in God, and move forward with faith and confidence in the future. The Lord will not forsake us. He will not forsake us. If we will put our trust in Him, if we will pray to Him, if we will live worthy of His blessings, he will hear our prayers." Gordon B. Hinkley.

You look really great in that picture if you and Tatum at the library. She's a doll.
