Poor Hayden

During dinner with the Adams family after Kaleb's baby blessing Brennon found Hayden crying hysterically outside. He brings her in and we can't get her to calm down. We think she is just tired and we don't think anything of it until I noticed blood all in front of my shirt. Poor Hayden had her foot slammed in the door and her little toes were all cut and black and purple. I felt so bad I didn't notice sooner. We left and took Hayden to my dad to look at her. My dad cleaned her foot and told us it was a miracle Hayden's little toes weren't cut off or deformed. He said she was very lucky her bones were still soft because she is so young, or else she would have most likely would of had surgery. Poor girl:(




Hayden was such a trooper during the whole thing. My dad told me not to let Hayden walk or that foot for 3 days... Hayden wasn't too happy about that. As soon as we got home she tried walking and just fell down and started to cry. I feel so bad for my little girl. Looks like lots of stroller rides this week.
